Postdoctoral Position in Translational Immunology at Singh Lab, SDI
Join the Singh Laboratory for Comprehensive Immune Studies (CIS) at the Schulze Diabetes Institute, UMN, as a full-time postdoctoral fellow. This NIH-funded position focuses on investigating the impact of vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) on immune systems.
Our lab conducts hypothesis-driven research at both basic and translational levels, with a mission to advance human health by understanding immune complexities. Using primary human samples and a non-human primate model, we aim to identify central regulators of inflammation, immunity, and transplant tissue tolerance (islet and kidney). Our discoveries aim to provide valuable biomarkers for improving human health.
