- "Mass cytometry (CyTOF) data obtained by Immune Health, Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Whole blood was profiled with the 30-channel MAXPAR Direct Immunophenotyping Assay (MDIPA). In addition to the original protein expression data, the .fcs files contain a column describing cell identity, determined by manual gating in the OMIQ platform.

Blood from three cohorts was independently processed, resulting in three datasets deposited in three directories. Fresh blood was used for Acute2020, and cryopreserved for Vaccine and Acute2021."
