CyTOF Panel Design helper
CyWIS is a CyTOF Panel Design helper, advising in the selection of metal labels for antibody combination for CyTOF experiments. Is freely available at http://cywis.weizmann.ac.il
Rules for automatic assignments:
Tagging: Low expressing Targets receive metals with mass between 152 and 170, otherwise, heavier metal preferred.
Metal Conjugated Antibodies: Selecting available metal marked antibodies takes into account cummulative spillover error from isotopic impurity.
