Gating strategy
Hi, All,
Would you pls help me to look at my gating strategy?
From all cells to intact cells, then singlets.
I used CD31+CD144+ double positive to population my endothelial cells.
I am not sure if I correctly gated CD31+CD144+ population or not.
Pls let me know your opinions on this.
