Heparin and Fc block

Hi everyone,

I'm completely new to CyTOF and currently setting up my first trial experiment. I'm working with Prot1 stabilized samples and will therefore use a 100 U/ml heparin block in addition to the Fc block before staining. Now I was wondering how to best integrate this into the protocol. Would it be possible to block with both simultaneously or does it have to be one after the other? And if it does, should I do heparin or Fc block first?

Simultaneously! Add FC block + 50-200 U/mL heparin for 10-30m, then spiking in your master mix is the way to go.
