Differential Expression in Nowicka et al., workflow
Hi all
I am following Nowicka et al., workflow to analyze my CyTOF data and trying to perform differential analysis using diffcyt but I have three conditions instead of two.
Does anyone know if it's possible to perform multiple comparison using this pipeline.
