strange tissue?

Hi everyone! I have just started my adventure with IMC. I need to stain a breast cancer OCT sample, but I am getting a very strange image (I let the section dry overnight). Does anyone have any idea what is going on with it?

Hi Natalia,

I have seen this a few times on different tissues. It is likely oil possibly from the triton step. You can try some extra washes with MQ Water that has usually worked for me!
