PhD student position at the DRFZ in Berlin
The mass cytometry lab of the German Rheumatism Research Center (DRFZ) in Berlin has an open PhD student position starting in summer 2023.
The project is to study imprints of mucosal immune reactions on blood leukocytes in different groups of autoimmune patients, with the aim to explore the utility of mucosal immune signatures for precision medicine, and to understand microbiota-immune system interactions implicated in chronic inflammation vs tolerance.
The position is funded for 3 years by the European Union, through a Marie-Sklodowska-Curie Doctoral Network, and embedded in a range of related EU projects.
Further information on the network and the application process are provided in the links below. For project-specific questions, please reach out to Henrik Mei and Hyun-Dong Chang (mei@drfz.de, chang@drfz.de).
