Flow Into the Future: Cytometry and Spatial Biology
May 3, Edinburgh, UK
Join us ahead of CYTO® 2024 at the largest annual gathering of the mass cytometry community. From new applications to multi-omic workflows, learn about the latest advances in CyTOF® technology from over 20 speakers. Experience an extraordinary day packed with content-rich talks and exploratory workshops, followed by an evening celebration and reception.
Chris Tape, PhD, UCL Cancer Institute, will present how CyTOF can measure post-translational modification signaling, DNA damage, cell-cycle activity and apoptosis in patient-derived organoids and cancer-associated fibroblasts. Dario Bressan, PhD, Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, will highlight how the integration of multiple high-plex technologies can produce denser datasets when characterizing the highly heterogeneous and complex tumor microenvironment. Won Jin Ho, MD, Johns Hopkins Medicine, will present a large-scale mass cytometry analysis of immune-related toxicities from 104 cancer patients undergoing checkpoint immunotherapies at Johns Hopkins.
A content-rich panel, moderated by Jared Burks, PhD, MD Anderson Cancer Center, will offer new perspectives on integrating multi-omic and multimodal research methods. Arianna Barbetta, MD, the University of Southern California, will present multi-omics approaches, including Imaging Mass Cytometry™ and SomaLogic technologies, for a high-resolution study of the alloimmune microenvironment in liver transplant rejection.
Visit cytofsummit2024.eventbrite.com to register and view the full agenda.
Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and industry experts ― building lasting connections in the CyTOF community.
We can’t wait to see you there!
