- this paper is part of the HTAN project. As far as I can tell, the IMC data is new to this study (?????????).
- Supplemental Table 11 gives a list of donor IDs, and what assays were performed; of the 258 possible samples in that table, it appears that IMC was performed on 14 of them.
- spot checking some of the IDs (eg, HTAN_IMC_ID = HTA3_0001_1919482, HTAN_Biospecimen_ID = HTA3_0001_1100482), I can't find IMC data, so I don't think it's released yet
