- Also: contradiction in the paper. It keeps claiming that CyTOF was performed, but the experimental states "Blood samples of 384 patients (Figure S1 and Table S2) were collected for flow cytometry immune cell characterization through sorting of cell surface markers-specific fluorescently dyed antibodies."
- no panel of markers/antibodies is given, so no way to figure out whether it was CyTOF or flow that was actually performed
