Re: 2023-Moshkelgosha et al-preprint

Now (partly?) published:

J Heart Lung Transplant. 2024
https://doi.org/10.1016/j.healun.2024.09.023

- the preprint has both suspension and IMC work; this paper appears to only have IMC work.
- no dataset accession given

Re: 2023-Moshkelgosha et al-preprint

Correction: this J Heart Lung Transplant paper is a separate paper after all (and referenced here: "Other data from these analyses are reported elsewhere (29).".

This 2023-Moshkelgosha et al-preprint is now published (both IMC and CyTOF):

Sci Adv. 2025, 11,eadp9052
https://doi.org/10.1126/sciadv.adp9052

- "Data and materials availability: The CyTOF raw data and CITE-seq Seurat object for this study have been deposited in https://zenodo.org/records/14538146. All data needed to evaluate the conclusions in the paper are present in the paper and/or the Supplementary Materials."

- Confirm CyTOF FCS files present at the Zenodo link.
- no mention of IMC dataset accession though
