Hello All - Fluidigm is excited to announce that Labroots will be hosting our virtual event and that registration is now open.

Although you may have registered previously on the Fluidigm website, we kindly ask that you visit the Labroots site and register there as we cannot transfer over your personal registration info. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes you!

The Agenda is jammed packed with great content from both mass cytometry and Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) users and will be delivered during three different concurrent tracks:

• The Main Auditorium – Keynote as well as plenary sessions will happen here.
• Meeting Room 1 – Generally used for Break-out educational sessions and Panel Discussions, but also for a group of short talks on IMC.
• Meeting Room 2 – “Meet the Expert” live chat sessions.

You won't have to worry about missing Auditorium talks due to schedule conflicts or perhaps being just too early or too late in the day as all will be made available On Demand within an hour or two after broadcast and will remain available through the rest of 2020.

There will also be virtual booths to visit and opportunities there to chat with Fluidigm Field Application Specialists, Product and Service Managers, as well as Sales Managers.

While we will miss our face-to-face conversations and awesome after-event party, we hope to interact with you in our booths and Meeting Rooms! I'm glad to answer any questions you may have and we'll have a flyer available soon that you can share with colleagues who may be interested in attending.

Just a reminder that the 9th Annual Fluidigm Mass Cytometry Summit begins tomorrow morning, bright and early, at 6 am PT.

I've attached the final agenda as well.

We have about 30 researchers from our community participating throughout the day in one of the three virtual rooms: Auditorium, Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2. In addition to standard 20-30 minute seminars there are also two panel discussions, three "Meet the Expert" interactive chat sessions and eight booths in the Exhibit area. In the themed booths you can engage with Fluidigmers and pick up digital collateral pieces on products, app notes and posters to add to your virtual briefcase.

Although many sessions happen in parallel, almost everything will be recorded and available On Demand within hours of being broadcast so you can go back and listen at your leisure. Many presentations have been prerecorded but almost every speaker will be on hand for live Q & A after their talk is broadcast.

The "Meet the Expert" sessions, graciously provided by Bernd Bodenmiller, Patrick Reeves and Rebecca Ihrie, will not be recorded though - so if you want want a chance to meet and greet them, be sure to come into Meeting Room 2 at the times listed in the Agenda. You will enter muted but can raise your hand and the Moderator will unmute you to introduce yourself and ask a question or make a comment.
