It is fine to promote your company's reagents. Just make sure they are relevant to CyTOF, and do so in moderation and style :-)

Cell cycle marker

Hello guys.
I am organizing my first CyTOF experiment and would like to know if anyone has ever succeeded in labeling the cell cycle in the CyTOF experiments and which marker was used. My panel is composed of surface markers and nuclear factors. Is it possible to include the cell cycle marker without harming the other markings?

Thank you very much!

This Behbehani reference might help with your experimental design:

Re: Cell cycle marker

Hi,
Just to echo what guys said and add a bit. We use cell cycle markers in our experiments ( Idu, CyclinB,ki67, pRB) . I like the Idu and CyclinB, they are straight forward to use. If you see you loss of a marker due to a fixation method you could try sequential staining.
