Monoisotopic Cisplatin
My question will be in reference to this post

I want to use monoisotopic cisplatin Cisplatin-195Pt and Cisplatin-196Pt for antibody conjugation.
As you may have noticed in the link above and in a recently published paper below :
Distinct Cellular Mechanisms Underlie Anti-CTLA-4 and Anti-PD-1 Checkpoint Blockade : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28803728
They have used 4 forms of monoisotopic CIsplatin : Cisplatin-194Pt, Cisplatin-195Pt, Cisplatin-196Pt and Cisplatin-198Pt.
I contacted Fluidigm regarding acquisition of these monoisotopic cisplatins. Thet said that "they wouldnt able to provide any customer with Pt195 or Pt196, whether it is for a collaboration or for sale. they had some changes in the organization, and they restricted the exchange of reagents that are not for sale". it was almost 3 months ago
I guess we will not be able to see them in catalogue soon.
I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to synthesize monoisotopic cisplatin starting from metal/salt form of 195 and 196Pt or If there is any other source that may provide these 2 monoisotopic cispantins.
I guess 195Pt and 196Pt (metal/salt form) dont work with MaxPar Kit. Has anyone tried before ?
Thanks
