Granzyme K

Hi all,

Does anyone has a recommendation for a good Granzyme K antibody for conjugation?

Thank you in advance

Re: Granzyme K

Hi Joanna,

We haven't yet stained for Granzyme K by CyTOF, but have had some experience in Flow with the Santa Cruz reagents, clone GM6C3. I don't know if Santa Cruz will have it in a completely carrier free format however, so it may need to be a custom or the antibody will need gelatin removed from it. Alternatively, I think this clone is sold by some other vendors that have more CyTOF-friendly formulations.

Is your question more about what is good for CyTOF or a good Ab for Granzyme K in general? Have you done some clone comparisons by flow?

Also, we love Martha at bluebird, she is such a great addition to the team!

Greg
