CD57

I recently found out that the HCD57 clone for CD57 is no longer available. We have been conjugating this to 115In with much success. Does anyone have experience with the HNK-1 clone (which looks like the only option now)?

Thanks,
Sarah

Re: CD57

HI Sarah,

We had to make that switch over a year ago when Biolegend stopped selling unconjugated HCD57.

We've been using Biolegend's HNK-1 with no problem, so while I would suggest testing it yourself in your exact system, I would expect it to be fine.
