Application Note
You can review protocols and data on live-cell barcoding in the application note "Enabling Live-Cell Barcoding With Anti-CD45 Antibodies in Suspension Mass Cytometry", describing the use of these new antibodies for live cell barcoding of human hematopoietic cells here: https://www.fluidigm.com/binaries/conte ... igm%3Afile

Technical Note
For best-practice recommendations when combining and using platinum-containing reagents in mass cytometry workflows, refer to the technical note "Using Monoisotopic Platinum-Containing Reagents for Suspension Mass Cytometry" here: https://www.fluidigm.com/binaries/conte ... igm%3Afile

Please contact your field application scientist (FAS) for application support using these new antibodies. If you do not know who your regional FAS is, please send a request for that information to techsupport.fluidigm.com/.

An important note: These platinum-conjugated antibodies are intended for use in suspension mass cytometry only. Your FAS can provide more detail on this as well.
