It is fine to promote your company's reagents. Just make sure they are relevant to CyTOF, and do so in moderation and style :-)

Markers for Myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs)

Dear Lovely CyTOF People,

Soon, I am planning to run CyTOF. One of the goal is to identify Myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in multiple myeloma and I am not familiar with the MDSC markers. Can any of you suggest me good CyTOF antibodies (markers) to define MDSCs.
Your help will be appreciated.

Sincerely
Komal

Hi Komal
follow this article
https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-11338-y
Precisely look for figure 4i and Supplementary figure 10a for gating strategy, These are markers best known to identify Human and Monkey MDSCs
if you have further questions let me know.
Thanks
Amar
