CCR4 antibody (153 Eu) clone 205410

Hi, dear all

I was informed that Fluidigm will discontinue CCR4 antibody (153 Eu, clone 205410), and use other clone to replace it. Has any of you used this antibody before? How's the performance of this antibody? I'm little concerned about it, because I have this antibody in my current panel. Although I titrated it and it looked OK to me, I want to hear more about it according to your experiences.

Thank you ahead!~

Xiao,
I ve used it at 158Gd and seems to have the typical “smeary” staining pattern. Didnt notice anything unusual when titrating either. Having said that i haven’t done any “higher level” analyses of my data so far so I hope all will be ok. Interested to see what others think too.

Hi Xiao,

We have used it as well. It needed to be stained on fresh cells, on cells that were fixed and permed for barcoding we saw aspecific binding. As for the expression pattern I agree with Tax.

Cheers,
