Staining intensity is low

Hi
I am a new user of Cytof II and did a preliminary experiment. I noticed that signals (staining intensity ) of most surface marks is low and many events (cells) are out of plots. Is there a way to bring the signals higher so that you can see a nice separation of positive and negative population? Just like doing a compensation in conventional cytometry. Thanks for the advice.
Update: I analyzed my staining and attached a file in which the analysis flow is the same as one from our member Joel (bluejek128). As you can see, starting from DNA, the staining intensity is significantly low compared to staining from Joel's. Other markers showed the same. Please advise. Thanks.
