Hi everyone

Has anyone put together a list of common error codes from the Helios and/or Hyperion?

The sort of thing that might help get up and running again, by being able to troubleshoot & solve, before having to contact TechSupport.

had one the other day - Error -50. Couldn't remember coming across it before & was stumped. several hours later, was asked to power cycle it.
It would have been much easier to have been able to try that & get back up scanning again without the lost time.

I'm starting to compile a list of error codes and potential solutions, but figured that someone might have already started this.
Anyone already done it?

Hi Richard,

The last I heard, the only people who had a complete list of error codes is the programming team.....maybe Support has a list by now, but I know that the field engineers did *NOT* have such a list.
