Hi all i have a question on stimulation conditions
I am optimizing antibodies for intercellular proteins such as pErk, pAkt, p38, pStat1, pStat4, pStat5 and pStat3 on CyTOF. I need suitable conditions to stimulate these proteins, since i am working with mouse spleen, bone marrow, human leukemic cell lines such as Jurakt, Daudi, K562, MV4:11.
Can anyone suggest me suitable conditions to stimulate these signaling proteins based on the cells i have.
