Fixation of 30 min at RT vs overnight at 4C
Dear CyTOFers,
We are using the Maxpar Nuclear Antigen Staining Buffer Set according to the Maxpar Nuclear Antigen Staining protocol (please see attached).
Does anyone know if it would make a difference to incubate the cells in the Nuclear Antigen Staining Buffer (fixative) for 30 min at RT vs overnight at 4C?
We have to prepare the samples in two consecutive days. To reduce batch effects, are considering to leave the cells from the first day in the Nuclear Antigen Staining Buffer and on the second day continue from that step to process all the samples together.
Thank you,
Tomer
