I have been trying to download the raw files (accession id FR-FCM-Z3YR) for some time now and every time it reaches about 4.5GB of zipping the files it says something went wrong and doesn't let me download anything. Any help/suggestions is/are appreciated. I am new to the community so I might be missing some tricks here.

Any luck downloading these files one at a time? (Instead of zipping them?)

Hi Anirban,

Try downloading in smaller chunks and see whether that helps. I know that FR seems to have an upper limit (unclear whether this is Size or Time) before it times out. It doesn't always throw an error....sometimes you're just sitting there while it continues to spin.

saying that he was able to get a 1GB dataset to download fine, but not an 8GB dataset.

So, maybe try chunks of 1GB at a time?
