CytoNORM question

Hi everyone,

I am very new to CytoNORM and was wondering if it possible to use on CyTOF data if you have sample spike-in controls rather than one batch control and how this would work? Would you select one spike-in from every experiment?

Thank you,
Martha

Re: CytoNORM question

Hi Martha,

Excellent question -- do you have more info on what is in the spike-in control in your setting?

Re: CytoNORM question

Hi Tom, Our reference cells include stimulated PBMCs and drug product in 1:2 ratio. Our samples are drug product, patient PBMCs, or healthy donor unstimulated PBMCs.
