Hello!
Has anyone been able to install and use this?

I am following Eirini's instructions here https://github.com/eiriniar/CellCnn but I can't clone the CellCNN repository properly.

I am a total newbie when it comes to inputing commands in R and python so I think I am missing a very obvious step and I apologize in advance for th
is.
I' ve installed gitPython and pip but when I try typing "git clone https://github.com/eiriniar/CellCnn.git" I get an error message that "git is not recognized as an internal or external command".

If anyone has a "for dummies" step by step install of Python and everything else required to install this from scratch and has the patience to outline steps please let me know.

Tell us which is your OS (Win/Mac/Linux) plus version. git is a program that should be installed within the environment. It depends on your OS. See https://git-scm.com/, install and restart the installation process where it fails.
