Metal-Conjugated NeutrAvidin for MHC Multimer Assays

Would you perform tetramer assays in your lab / core?

I already perform tetramer assay.

Re: Metal-Conjugated NeutrAvidin for MHC Multimer Assays

Hi Ofir,

Are there plans for Fluidigm to sell the "proprietary amine-reactive metal-chelating polymer" mentioned in this poster?

Aside from the issue that some antibodies are happier with amine-chemistry, there are a lot of other proteins/probes out there which don't have thiol/Cys (eg, some of the lectins I used back at UofT).
