Hi all,
I would be very curious to hear your opinion on the panel and gating scheme for OMIP-34 (linked again below). Specifically it would be great to hear your perspective on (a) the performance of antibodies and clones described in this panel and (b) definition of cell populations with the marker combinations described.
For those working on immunomodulatory therapies, what are your thoughts on the applicability of this panel? Does it cover enough cell types and subsets or is it missing crucial components?

Also, if you care to comment on how you would extend this panel (cell states, cytokines, signaling, etc.) that would be great.
