- "Data and code availability
This paper analyzes existing, publicly available data generated by the authors. Raw image data for imaging mass cytometry, detailed clinical information, solution CyTOF as well as transcriptome and perifusion data are available from PancDB (https://hpap.pmacs.upenn.edu). Any additional information required to reanalyze the data reported in this paper is available from the lead contact upon request"
- looking at the PancDB, you need to select "Donors and Data" at the top left, then "Download data". The default view appears to be by patient, and then toggle down to eventually find the suspension CyTOF and IMC files. However, if you toggle the tab to "HPAP Category", then it's organized by assay type rather than donor.
