" IMAXT Data Release 1 (IDR1) #
This release contains the raw STPT, whole-slide scanning and IMC data for all models, as well as the re-projected whole-slide and IMC data, the segmentation masks, the cell catalogues, and the final dataset in anndata and seeurat format.
These datasets are described in the following manuscripts:
Bressan, D. et al., Exploration and analysis of molecularly annotated, single cell 3D models of breast cancer in virtual reality, Nature Cancer, 2021
Gonzalez-Solares, E. et al., The Imaging and Molecular Annotation of Xenografts and Tumors (IMAXT) High Throughput Data and Analysis Infrastructure, Nature Cancer, 2021
"
I don't think either of the Nature Cancer papers are released yet (can't find them in Pubmed nor on Nature Cancer website.
