I hope Fluidigm makes the data publicly available -- it will be very helpful to other method developers.

This seems like the same data as Fluidigm used for the white paper on the DIP panel, of which a part was made available on Cytobank (I took it from the Premium server, don't know if it is on the public one) under the name Fluidigm_Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay_201325_Gating Example_v1.0 (Public)

The filenames don't seem to directly match the files listed in the paper though, maybe one of the authors can attest to what happened?

Cheers,
Jan

I have heard that the data is available on Premium Cytobank, unfortunately many people cannot access that. I hope that Fluidigm can supply it through open means such as FlowRepository.
