Now at >3700 papers as we close out 2023
Hi all,
Just wanted to give a shout-out to the CyTOF/IMC/MIBI community: by my count, we hit 3700 papers this week! Congratulations!
Now, the next goal: increasing the rate of dataset release. We're still at only 20-25% release.
FlowRepository, Mendeley, and Zenodo are probably the most popular repositories for public flow and mass cytometry data.
Mendeley, Zenodo, Figshare, and Dryad can also take TIFF and other IMC/MIBI types of data.
If there are restrictions around your datasets, there are still places to deposit data where you can control access, such as Synapse ( https://help.synapse.org/docs/Data-Acce ... 04611.html and see example here: cytoforum.stanford.edu/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3214&p=7475 ) or even US NIH-run Immport ( eg, viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3897&p=8202 ).
Mike
