Largest CyTOF panel to date?

Hi all,

I have been asked twice in the last month (and even more often in the last year) for a citation for the largest single-cocktail CyTOF panel yet published.

As far as I can tell, this 2020-Rodriguez et al-Cell Rep Med (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.xcrm.2020.100078 ; PMID: 32838342) is currently #1, at 54 Abs (see attached Excel). In other words, not counting Bead-only Ce140, Ir191/193, or 5 of the Fluidigm BC channels (note: 110Cd was used to label an antibody, so presumably was not used in the barcoding).

The 116Cd and 154Sm channels were not used, so formally that could be increased to 56 Abs in the future.

If anyone knows of a larger published panel, please post!

Re: Largest CyTOF panel to date?

Actually, I miscounted and need to correct:

There are 54 *channels* used, not 54 Abs used:

5 BC
2 Ir
1 Bead (Ce140)

However, there are "only" 46 Ab channels used (and 2 empty slots, which could be used in the future).

That's still the largest single-cocktail panel I'm aware of, though.

Actually, I left out the 89Y-CD45.

So, 55 channels, 47 Abs.

I need to go get a coffee.....
