Hello,

I am looking for a list of all core labs who are accepting outside samples.
Please point me to where I can find this data.
Would be great help!

Thank you.

Hi Adityal,

I think this is the most recent listing: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1155&p=4213

However: please note that this is 2.5yr old. I know there have been a number of personnel and core changes since then, but I haven't had much luck offline getting updates from people (personnel/contact changes, old cores stopping CyTOF, new cores starting CyTOF, etc).

So, at best, this is a starting place, not a definitive listing.

Hi Aditya and Mike,

If looking for CROs as well for the list, Sirona Dx (https://sironadx.com/), is also accepting outside samples for both suspension CyTOF and IMC projects. They actually have two instruments now, one for each modality.

Happy to chat more if anyone is interested!

Best,
Eric

Hi all,

1. Since there seems to be some interest in this again, I'd like to make a request: would *ANY* core/CRO/lab who offers suspension CyTOF, IMC, or MIBI services to people *outside their own lab* please fill out the attached Excel? This is the same 070819 Excel posted in the link in my initial response. I did make one change to the sheet: I added a column about type of center. For-profit CRO, Non-profit Academic, Non-profit Non-Academic.

This can range from just supplying the instrument (like many traditional cores) all the way through performing full-service work like Stanford HIMC or a CRO does (send unstained samples, and they perform the staining, running, etc).

For those Centers who were already on the list, please update your information as I know there have been a number of personnel changes at various institutions since July 2019 (such as Eric now working for SironaDX, rather than DFCI ;). Contact person, contact email, website URL.

Alternatively: if people are interested, I can create a Google Form with similar entries for people to fill out themselves. However, there are a number of people who don't like or can't access Google Forms (since these email addresses and website URLs are already public, there shouldn't be as many privacy concerns, but.....).

2. Thanks Zach, Eric, and Natalia; I've added your entries to my master (slightly more updated) list, but they are not in the attached public Excel yet.

Hi Mike,
A Google form would be nice too. I've updated our core's information and renamed it with today's date.

Hi Diane,

Thanks for the update.

In the interest of efficiency (and avoiding a lot of Cytoforum notifications), anyone else who's updating the form can also email it to me at mleipold@stanford.edu

Hi all,

I have set up a Google Form to more efficiently collect the info from Core Labs who want to be listed as offering mass cytometry services.

Here's the link: https://forms.gle/XGa8JCyXiS1sfY7W9

Even if you've filled out your information on one of the Core Labs listings before, feel free to fill out this Form.....I'll pool it with the most recent Core Labs listing and post the updated list in a couple weeks.
