panels for mouse spleen

Hello,

I only currently stain human PBMC, hematopoietic stem cells, and expanded T cells. Recently, a colleague has approached me about staining some abnormal mouse spleens. I have found the Fluidigm mouse spleen kit as a starting point, but it does not have all of the markers that my colleague is looking for (though its a great start). Is anyone aware of a well-established mouse spleen panel that includes the following markers (or at least most of them)?

CD45
CD3
CD68
CD1a
CD123
CD11c
CD14
HLA-DR
CD163
CD207

I understand some of these overlap with the Fluidigm pre-fab panel. I am reaching out because this may be a short term panel and if someone else has done something very similar, it would be great to use that as something to start on without extensive optimization. Just for reference, this is what the Fluidigm panel includes:

Gr-1
CD11c
CD69
CD45
CD11b
CD19
CD25
CD3e
TER-119
CD62L
CD8a
TCRB
NK1.1
CD44
CD4
B220.

Also, any tips on staining mouse spleens (how it would differ processing wise from stianing PBMC/HSC/T-cells)?

Regards,

Greg H
